Change email for parental consent

When I originally created an Xbox account, it was for my eldest son. As the nature of Xbox accounts and Microsoft Family settings evolved, that original account became his, and I created a second adult account for me, and later for my youngest son.

When. The eldest moved out, he created his own account.

Last night I discovered his email is still the consent email for my youngest, and I have no idea how to change it.

The eldest managed child settings and removed consent. I also removed the eldest from the family account, so he is no longer even on the account.

The youngest's consent request still go to the eldest.

How can I go about changing that consent email?

Because the original account is now your eldest son's account. Technically he has to consent all the changes on the family settings.

I think, you and your youngest son should be removed from the family group first (the one that you share with your eldest son). He might have to do it, as he has the parental control.

Then sign in your xbox, and create a new family group for you and your youngest son.
