Unable to verify Adult due to US web form for card payment

In all likelihood the region for your child's Microsoft Account is set to the US instead of UK.

It's quite possible for the region for the Microsoft Account and Xbox LIVE account to be mismatched.

To check the region for your child's Microsoft Account, log in to
http://accounts.live.com using your child's Microsoft Account email address. If you change the region for your child's Microsoft Account, you should have no further issues.

If you're unable to change this, then you may need to contact support by phone to get it fixed.

You can only change the MSA associated to an account through the 360 console. But you could add an alias to an account and use it as a primary email. If you don't have a 360, then you could perform adding alias. But you need to have verified the first security
proofs that's been added on the account.

Not sure why i am posting on here because me and my friend are both Xbox 360 users but i have been sent here by Microsoft support, we are having issues downloading his profile to my Xbox and require access to the Xbox preview private forums so we can both
opt out of the programme because we believe that is what is preventing us from downloading his account.

If you get the message Group not Found after you try to access that page. That means you don't have access to the forums yet. They have a designated page where to ask access to the preview forums as long as you've been accepted.

Thank you is it possible to change the email address associated with the account? For example- the account is with my email address. Could i change it to my childs email address? Then create another account with my email address and add his account
to the family?

When the Xbox asks for the email address connected to the child account put in the parents email address/password instead and it will work (parents email address being the one used to verify the child's account when it was first created or to accept changes
to the child account), I think this only happens when the parent email address is not the same as the primary account holders email address. I have just had this problem tonight. Xbox support told me of this and it worked first time

Off the top of my head, I would have to say it is because you set that email address for the management account for the child account, so if you change the child management account to a different one temp. till you change the primary account email, it should
let you change the email address then when that is complete you can reset it as the management account again.

you cannot transfer games/DLC or save from one account to another but you can change the account email address. It can be a multi-step process however I do not know that you can make an account a child account once validated as an adult, if that's what
you want to do.

Hey MightyZaino,

If you wanted to, you can use your own email address and setup his account with correct personal data to create a child account. That way you don't have to setup an email account for your child. When you child is older and wants to create his own personal
email address you can then change the MSA ( email address connected to that Gamertag) so it reflects his personal address and not yours.

Hope this helps you so you don't have to create a new email address for your son and feel secure that you know what he is doing and can control what he is doing.
