Change E-Mail / Can't access E-Mail / Forgot my password

So I made an xbox 360 acc. many years ago, during which I somehow managed to type in the wrong e-mail adress.

I want to change my old email and replace it with my current one. Problem beeing, that I can't access my old email + forgot my password.

Is there any way I can switch them out, while keeping my old GT / Gamerscore?

Terms and condition

It should give you the E-mail for the parental account. Take that e-mail and go to account.love.com and then select "Can't access your account?", then select "I forgot my password" and under that "Reset password" type in the E-mail, do the character verification
and then try using all the options to reset your password for the Parental account.

I'm sorry to see any account recovery issues! If you remember the email for the account, but can't remember the password, you will want to go through the
password recovery process. Once you do that, you should be able to

change your alias on the account so that you can have access to the account again. Note that if you didn't have any other security proofs on the account previously, there will be a 30 day waiting period before you can have full access to the account again.

If you cannot go through this process because you don't remember the email fully, you will need to
contact us via phone or chat support to see if you are able to access the account through support means. This will be able to give you access to the email you created the account with and then
follow the processes above.

I know the password to sign in here, but I forgot my password for my E-Mail account because Microsoft wants to make sure I'm the real owner so they sent me a code or something. And I can't change the password of my e-mail account because I don't know the
answer to the security question
