Change delivery address of an existing service order

What is using a different browser going to do about contacting microsoft? They physically do not let you go any further the second you tell them its about a service order. I had trouble contacting them for 4 months during the time i sent it and 4 months
later when it arrived at their service centre.

Its impossible Microsoft. Its a simple request. Please reroute the package you're about to send that took 4 months for UPS to deliver to my new address.

There is no way to contact them directly anymore. Only messaging boards and forums with people who dont even work there..

I bought an elite wireless series 2 and had a lot of problems with the controller and it needed to be serviced.

Unfortunately it has taken a bit longer for the package to arrive at the service center due to Covid-19 I presume and in this time I have moved house and wish to get my existing service order to be sent back to me at my new address. How would I go about
this?

I have tried to contact microsoft and get redirected to the website, when using the website for my enquiry they tell me its not something important enough to physically speak to someone about over the phone. My only options are using the forum for a question,
speak to a virtual assistant or ask an xbox live gamer.

Most likely though you are going to have to wait till ita rejected and returned to rhe service center

The restrictions are to change the delivery address, not to correct just the apartment number, currier needs to try the delivery to know if the apartment number exist

I ordered mine from Amazon back in August. I have very recently changed the delivery address of my order and now I have no estimated delivery date.

Do you think this will affect when I receive my console?

You can change or cancel an existing service order up until the day you send the product to the service center. First, sign in at Device Support, and then go to Orders to confirm that
the order status is either Order in progress or Packing material received by customer.

• To cancel the order, select Cancel Order. Allow 24 hours for the cancellation to be processed. If a refund is due, we’ll post the refund to your account within 72 hours after confirming the cancellation.
• To change the email address used or the return delivery address, you’ll have to cancel (see the previous bullet) and then resubmit the order. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Profile to access and modify the
  information.
• If you’ve already sent in your Xbox console or Kinect sensor and find that you need to have it delivered to an address different from the one listed on your order after you’ve shipped it, contact the shipping provider.
• If you’ve already sent in your controller, power supply, or other accessory, or have paid for an item to be sent directly to you, and you find that you need the replacement sent to a different address, contact your shipping provider.
• If the service center has already received your defective product or shipped out a replacement, you can’t cancel the order, and we can’t issue a refund.
• A service order and the associated shipping label (if applicable) are valid for 30 days from the day you submit the request. If your service order expires after you’ve already shipped out the product, contact Xbox Support.
