    How do I change the Gamertag on my child's account. When I follow the online instructions, it changes my Gamertag as the adult account holder but not my child's

    The privacy settings are separate from the whethere the account is child or adult. If your account is set up as a child account, there might be a parent gamertag that could change your privacy settings...

    Make sure that you are signed in with the child's account during the process.

    If necessary, open up a new browser window using the "incognito" or "private window" function of your browser.

    Then, with your child's account signed in, you should be able to change the gamertag.

    No, you can't change your age. If you're older then 18 (or the legal adult hood age in your country) then you can promote the account to an adult account. If it's asking you for a Parental Passcode, then you will need to get that from your parents. Sorry.
