Change avatar in XBOX profile

Make a change to your avatar, save and try playing again.

Note Any avatar change will do because the change causes the service to sync your account for your profile.

Launch the Xbox Avatar Editor app.

Try to sign in on your Xbox 360 console again

If you'd like to delete/change a profile follow the instructions below:

XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive (if one is present) > Gamer Profiles > Select the profile you'd like to delete and press A and then select Delete.

A message will come up asking you if you'd like to delete the profile only (select this option if you'd like to keep the data from the profile on the console still such as game saves or dlc content) or the profile plus the items (essentially completely deleting
the profile from the console and all data attached to it along with saves, dlc etc)

If you'd like to just change the features of an avatar or pick a new avatar you can do that by doing the following:

From the XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Avatar.

In this menu you can change your features, purchase new avatar content, choose a new avatar (doing so will delete the previous avatar).

Thanks for reply, but when I try clicking on link with Avatar editor, happens just the same thing what I try ourself. Opening the page with link on Games, after click on it appeared window with quest Program opened with this app, prefered Games, and I see
the same cycle neverending. I have NTB with OS Win8.1, original Win8 from ACER producer will be upgraded myself after few months of use via Microsoft Shop, recomended upgrade. Maybe I need some external program for change avatar?

Thanks for trying that out, Venous! What browsers are you using to open the link? We generally see mixed results in browsers for what supports the webpage and what doesn't. It might also be affected by what region you're in, too. If you are not in an
Xbox Live supported region, the website availability may be what's affecting your issue.

If you've tried it in several browsers and it's still not working for you, you may need to wait until you can upgrade to Windows 10 and get the Avatar app on there.

I'm sorry to see any issues with changing your Avatar! You will want to load up the
Avatar Editor website page on Internet Explorer and see if that helps out. If you are on Windows 8.1 PC, this should be the best option for you. Windows 10 PCs have an Avatar app to edit Avatars.

Can you let me know what device you are on? That might help me out with getting you the right resources to change your Avatar if you do not have a console to change this on.
