    Hello! I have been trying to change my birth date on my microsoft account for two days. I followed the steps on the official microsoft page and I watched some tutorials on youtube, but nothing worked for me. I have recently reinstalled my windows and I logged with another microsoft account. I merged my Mojang account to this microsoft account only to discover that multiplayer is disabled. Before the windows reinstall I could access multiplayer. I want to change my birthdate, but it won't show me the edit birth date option, even if I am over 13 and on the Microsoft support page is says that it should appear if I am over 13. Please help!

    That's for age verification for using a Microsoft account. Changing the age of a Microsoft account does not change the age of an Xbox account.

    The age is set by what you enter when you create the account, not by the age on the Microsoft account. So changing Microsoft accounts will not change the age of the account.

    Keep in mind that if you're trying to change the age on the Microsoft account so you can upgrade an Xbox account to adult, it will not work. Changing the age on the Microsoft account does not also change the age of an Xbox account. That cannot be changed.

    You can change the age of your Microsoft account at http://account.live.com but keep in mind that will only change the age of your Microsoft account and not your Xbox account.

    Unless the rules change, you'll have to wait until the age of your account is 18. Changing the age of your Microsoft account does not change the age of your Xbox account.
