    I have a family account under the email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** username Sr1k3, what with the changes to Family accounts and my boys growing up, I am the only one on the Xbox regularly and I use a sub account of Sr1k3, XxPBUxX.

    The boys will occasionally log on into Sr1k3 or even their own accounts so ideally I do not want to lose these BUT it would be good for XxPBUxX to be the main account. Note - I dont want to start playing the Sr1k3 account as I will lose my XxPBUxX gaming
    history and benefits!

    Would this be possible?

    Problem whit game tag

    If you are trying to change your GT:

    -if it was generated by MS when you created the account you can change it for FREE once.

    -if it was generated by YOU when you created the account you must pay 800 MSP to change it.

    Hello Sr1ke,

    Rewards are associated with gamertags and the purchases made on those accounts. We do not see any account with the "Sr1k3" gamertag.

    purchases would have completed any of our offers. Additionally, our Xbox Live Rewards Account is separate from other accounts, so a suspension on another program should not affect your Xbox Live Rewards Account.

    The free gamertag change is available to a new account in which the gamertag was auto-generated by the system.
