chance to unbann permanent account?

hi there my account Myztic Twin got permanentt banned over a year ago for harassment & insult.

i want to apologize for all that but i got the tourette syndrome i was in therapy and i take medicine against it now i even visited anger management.

so my question is if there is a chance that u unbann my account i spend a lot of money with it for games and add-ons and i don't want to loose all of it.

so please don't be heartless and give me another chance and unbann my account Myztic Twin i'm so sorry for everything

Since the ban took place over a year ago, it is no longer eligible for a case review so there is no way it can be unbanned.

once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses that
are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be useable.

Permeant is just that... permeant as in forever.

If you haven't already, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review on the ban.
