challenge games not working with mouse click

Let's have you try running through uninstalling the game, followed by a PC restart, and then a reinstall. Let us know if that helps clear up the mouse click trouble.

Hello. I’ve also recently ran into this problem, I press a key or click the mouse and it freezes but I can move the mouse and it’s fine. I’ve tried reinstalling the game and it didn’t work. Help please

I prefer Xbox, I like pulling a trigger rather than clicking a mouse.



Keyboard and mouse is for work, controller is for play.

I don't have a mouse connected normally, i mentioned it because i have to connect the mouse and disconnect the controller.

So basically,

1.it doesn't work properly/i connect a mouse

2.it still doesn't work properly/i turn off the controller

3. I click it with the mouse with the controller off, button works as intended.

Normally, the controller can perform basic functions on the desktop like moving the mouse cursor, left and right-clicking, etc. Suddenly all these functions ceased to work and it won't work in any games now either.

That isn't default behaviour. To get the controller to also work in Windows as a mouse you'll need a third party application. Xbox controllers don't function as a desktop mouse by default.

Sounds like something you're using to get the controller to emulate a mouse is misbehaving.
