Chained Echoes - PC Save not syncing anymore

So I have an issue with Chained Echoes, I was mixing the play between my Xbox and PC, depending on when the TV was free

Put about 3 hours into the game on PC before I sort of got a weird glitch save after losing a battle, screen kept moving and health bars were just on the screen showing characters as dead, was really weird, so I exited the game, opened it back up on the Xbox thinking it was an issue on the PC and weirdly my save was not on it, was an older save, from 3 hours previous.

The PC save is still on the PC, and is back working, but I cannot get it to save to the cloud so I can use it again on my Xbox, does anyone know what I can do?

go to the Xbox Game Bar settings (group chat) and set the correct audio output and audio input.

Try setting your Microphone Boost gain to 0.0 dB in the sound control pannel.

That's great news! There are times that the anti virus would block the game from being played due to security reason from the app. But once you have ran it though, you can enable the anti virus again.

Last one with anitivirus helped.

If you don't mind, I would like to ask a question, why did disabling the antivirus help?

I understand you need help with your game.

You may try resetting the Xbox app and Microsoft store first.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC then try again please.

If that does not help,

Try reinstalling the game and once done, turn off anti virus from your PC then open the game.
