CH products not recognized by Xbox S

I have CH products Yoke and Pedals, used on Xplan for Mac. As I so excited with the Xbox version of FS just released, I tried to setup my environment. My brad new Xbox C has instantly recognized the controller, a mouse, and a keyboard, however not my yoke and pedals.

I tried to connect those when the xbox is shut down and then boot up, also connect when FS is running... no success.

I am new to xbox. I could not find a 'device manager' type setting screen. I wonder if there is anything else I could check to see. My yoke and pedals should be in working condition. My Mac and Windows laptop both recognize when I connect.

Any help please! I was so excited and immediately after disappointed....

I emailed to CH Products at the same time. they responded and said they only support Windows PC.... (although mine worked with my iMac)

I was thinking those work on Windows would work on xbox. Apparently this is not the case as you explained very well why. I'll have to look others available and compatible. Thanks all for support!

Hello mamo_270, for a device like this to work on Xbox One or Series S/X it has to be done for the console, (licensed), I found the FAQ of the brand you mentioned, make sure that the equipment you own are made to be used on the consoles.
