Certificate of authenticity - I won a Artbook signed by directors of Gears of War 4

Hi to everybody, i won a giveaway by "The Coalition" on january through a draw on Twitter (actually was through the Gears of War Official account on Twitter "@Gearsofwar", here is the link of the Tweet:

Tweet by The Coalition), but i post this because i need help to get something that prove was signed by those directors, i contact "The Coalition" through by DM on Twitter but I did not get an answer. Someone who has experience in autographed stuff can guide
me where I can get something like a Certificate of authenticity or a letter that certifies the authenticity of the autographs.

I still can't figure out what to do with them? It says to add them to a set but when I do I can't find them anywhere. I feel like I'm wasting them please help!!!
