    Certain games won't work on my Xbox one s


    Basically, I got EA access and none of the battlefield games or the original Titanfall work, it starts up then freezes, I even tried using the disc version of Battlefield 1 and that didn't work either, I hard reset my Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the
    games and that doesn't work either, please help.

    Bought xbox one s and kinect sensor that are incompatible without adaoter that is not available

    Xbox one s won't play certain games

    Do you only have problems with Disc based media or is digital download acting strange aswell?

    If it is only physical based media, ie DvD, Bluray etc, then it could be that the disc drive is failing. Contact support via livechat or phone call to better resolve the issue.

    To start out, can you try disconnecting your Xbox One from Xbox Live and starting one of these games while offline? Interested to see if your connection is causing a trouble with starting the game and this should help get us down the right path for getting
    this issue fixed for you.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure where you got the 'every game will be 120 fps on Series S' from. The Series S will be capable of 120 fps, but that may not be possible on every game.

    As for Xbox One games at higher frame rates, that's possible, but it will only be on certain games. Plus, such features have to be patched in either by the developer or via the BC team. Xbox One games won't automatically run at higher frame rates on Series
    X or S.

    This is how Xbox Series S backwards compatibility really works
