    Certain games and add-ons not downloading


    Hi,

    There are certain games and add ons that won’t download onto my xbox. I go to install these and it shows up in the queue on 0.0% and then immediately changes to installation stopped.

    At first it was just far cry 3 and borderlands game of the year edition but after resetting my xbox to try and fix it in now includes other games such as trials rising, coffee talk, fe, the trespasser dlc and deluxe upgrade for dragon age inquisition and
    certain dlc packs for arkham knight.

    I have no clue how this started and no clue how to fix it either so please if anyone knows how to fix it will you help me.

    @bardnoir - Thanks very much! I'm certain that both the N7 and From Ashes DLC's downloaded,...but where do I check the ME3 add ons? Is that done from within the game menus,...or from the dashboard?

    Please be informed that some DLCs or add-ons require a certain level to show up. Based on the article below it says "Accessing add-ons might require you to progress to a certain point in a game. For example, Destiny 2: Forsaken uses game levels to gate the use of certain expansion packs. In Forza Horizon 3, you must drive to a specific location to start using the Hot Wheels expansion pack."

    If have try to contact Rockstar foruns and inform the problem.

    If not download that (search in add-ons section if i remember right, because that game is a Xbox 1 game and if you don´t have a hd drive= 4gb model that game don´t works and in certains models of slim, the don´t works too...).

    Hello. Have you tried deleting the partially downloaded add-on and then downloading it again? This can sometimes fix issues with downloads failing at a certain point.
