Certain apps will force 60hz even when console is set to 120hz

All next gen consoles onlynsupport 40gbps

For good reason

1 8k tvs only support 60hz at 8k and it will be years before we see 120hz amd most.game.developera are aiming for 60hz to 120hz at 4k anyways

40gbps will handle 120hz at 4k or 60hz at 8k

By the time 120hz 8k tvs come out hdmi 3 as hdmi geta updated evrry 2 years will probably come oit so therr is little.point

Only high end pcs can do 48gbps and not even 8k

We are years off for 8k 120hz

And content wont reach that point as content barely are going 60hz 4k and how many peoplr do yoi know with 8k 60hz tvs.not many as with technology jumping too far ahead isnt alwaya good look at nintendo md drive or jaguar consoles 3do rrleased when newer
tech overshadows them the very next year

4k is available to me in 120hz or in 60hz

But,1440p is only available in 120hz?

120hz is gonna be a better setting for you, if you are playing apex or overwatch 144hz would work better but for modern warfare 60hz to 120hz is the best for that.
