Certain Apps no longer allowing achievements to be unlocked

Thank you for your quick reply. It is mine and many others' understanding that all achievements for all apps that moved to the Universal Windows Platform have been unobtainable since the summer update on August 3rd of this year. I know that you guys often
point people to trueachievements.com for various achievement problems. I can help you use the site to see proof that nobody has been able to unlock achievements on Hulu, Netflix, or Microsoft Movies & TV since August 3rd. I went through the troubleshooter
and filled out the survey like you suggested though.

Achievement Troubleshooter? Be sure to run through all the steps. Near the end is a link to a forum post, make sure to check that out as well and fill out the survey if none of the steps help.

While you can check True Achievements for advice on unlocking Achievements, I don't recommend reaching out to them for support. They don't have anything to do with the Achievement unlocking process, apologies for any confusion with that.

So long as you filled out that survey the right team should be notified of your trouble.

Microsoft can't do anything about it, but the developers do sometimes adjust achievements to allow no-longer-possible achievements to be unlocked.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about why when you unlock achievements you are not automatically prompted.

In addition to what Xbox Forums Ambassador
yFoX inSanuS stated, certain achievements can take up to 72 hours to unlock and this can be due to an intermittent network connection. If you do not have a stable connection to Xbox Live, your achievements might take a bit longer to display as a banner
while you are in the middle of the game.
