Hi, I’ve been trying to access certain apps on my Xbox 360 but it will not let me use them. An Xbox Stores error window comes up with status code 807B0193.

I have tried looking up this code with no luck.

I have also tried clearing the cache on my console to no avail.

Same issue as well, 2 days in a row. And the error code does not show up when you follow the prompts. Right now I can not access Hulu or Netflix, nor can I browse apps, or add anything to my wishlists

The error code is the result of certain apps most likely misreading your profile data as it pertains to an error in trying to download the profile. This could be from faulty connectivity to the Xbox Live service or from console/app updates trying to resync
all data after the fact. The solution was simply to wait and double check everything is connected to Xbox Live. You could alternatively, if it ever happens again, delete and then reinstall the app.

2 days in a row for me as well. Netflix is a no go. Wasn’t even able to look it up in the store either.

I cannot browse apps either.

I have checked my xbox live connection, my internet connection and pre-installed the netflix app 3 times. Apparently we ate not the only ones having this problem and it is a problem with xbox servers. It would have been nice to be told of these problems
as it's taken me 3 days to find all this out. Thanks microsoft

This may mean that the Xbox Live service is temporarily down or there's a problem with your Xbox Live profile.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions. If the first solution doesn't work, go to the second solution.

Solution 1: Confirm your connection to Xbox Live

Using the links at Xbox Live: Networking to confirm that you're not experiencing connectivity problems and that the Xbox Live service isn't temporarily down.

Solution 2: Wait a few hours and try again

If the Xbox Live service is temporarily down, wait a few hours and then try to download your profile again.
