    CERES Error - Warzone


    Since Sunday I have been unable to connect to Warzone or Multiplayer!

    It starts to 'Connect To Xbox Live' then returns a message saying 'Unable to connect to online services Error Code: CERES"

    I also had an Error Code: PIEDPIPER

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared my Saved Game Data and reset the router and its still not working - I'm on Xbox Series X

    Please advise on how to fix this - thanks!

    Ok that worked. I went to "delete saved data" for each COD game and deleted the saved data.

    You shouldn't have to, i would recommend to reset deleting all content in the console
