    CenturyLink Prism missing for postcode 98004 programming


    CenturyLink Prism is a fairly new service starting for 98004 (Bellevue, WA) postcode.

    Please update your database for this post code and add this provider to the OneGuide database.

    I had to find another postcode to get CenturyLink Prism listed. (Naples, FL post code) to get a OneGuide similar to what I wanted.

    However my local channels are obviously not listed correctly.

    Looking forward to simple and speedy resolution to this issue.

    Centurylink Prism wrong Oneguide lineup

    I have Centurylink Prism TV, but when I enter my zipcode ([Mod Removed]) for OneGuide setup, it does not list Centurylink Prism as a cable/satellite provider. Any suggestions?

    Location: Ft Myers/ Naples Fl

    When setting up One Guide it does not ask which package you have. It only gives the lowest tier of channels leaving out about 100 or so. This has nothing to do with HD/SD, the channels are simply missing.

    Settings > TV & OneGuide > Troubleshooting > Report a OneGuide problem. From there, the flow should walk you through the setup for reporting anything that is missing. I also suggest
    contacting CenturyLink to have them report this to us to help expedite the situation. We use whatever they provide us, so if they give it to us before we reach out, it should be updated accordingly.

    I've called up centurylink as well, they have posted something to the next level tier asking them to add prism for seattle area. Hopefully I won't need to wait too long.

    Hi Misses Quinzel, thanks for the help. I managed to hook up a friends xbox one to my century link prism dvr to test. The xbox one did identify the Motorola VIP1232 DVR. It also displayed the oneGuide listing. Unfortunately when I selected a TV program to
    watch it wouldn't work because I believe I needed Kinect for that to work , correct? I had to use my standard remote instead.
