    I was told by a support tech that from my cell phone I could message a person on Xbox live...haven't been able to so....went thru all the steps troubleshooting everything... This is not

    it keeps saying messaging isn’t working for my account but I just verified my cell phone number.

    we all know that a gaming console plays games . the evolution of the gaming console is an all in one entertainment device do you remember when cell phones just made calls .can you imagine today a cell phone that only made calls didnt have text messaging

    if you are not in the console in messages, try the xbox app in windows or the xbox app in your cell phone.
