CDN Error, Resource not available. Xbox Fitness - Xbox One

Hi,

Yesterday app update solved the cdn problem for me, I just wonder, shouldn't people who had this issue get any kind of refund ? Fitness app is included in gold subscription for which we have to pay and for me it was almost a month I could't use feature i
have paid for.

Hey there, wojcieszak! The Xbox Fitness App is not included with Gold; Gold users are currently able to get some content for free, but the app itself is a free app. However, if you would like to still inquire about a refund, you are more than welcome to
contact us via phone or chat support. We are unable to provide any refunds on the forums.

Hi this did not help me. I have installed the update. But the app gets stuck on the green screen. The dots stop moving and I cannot do anything but go back to the main menu. I have re-installed the xbox fitness but this problem is not disappearing. Can you
do something about it as the celebration of having the problem solved was too soon.

The last option will not work for those who choose to be on Mac but made the same mistake as me and bought a windows machine like xbox. I have owned it for couple of days and already regret it as the only app I wanted to use which is Xbox fitness does not
work. The answer from the support team was to re-setup my profile "as there is something wrong with it…".
