CDN Error, Resource not available. Xbox Fitness - Xbox One

Having the same cdn error, have tried everything stated in posts and nothing has worked, I also have spent money on the fitness programmes which I now cannot access, any more help available yet, a bit worried since some posts are from a long time ago, lost
without my Xbox fitness. Is there something we can do or is it microsofts end as I can see its in the alerts???

Hey all. Chiming in with the error here too.

Had it for nearly two weeks. Tried everything kindly suggested by Misses Quinzel and Diggz, and more that they are aware of. It worked for a day a few days ago but then the next day, back to the CDN error.

Wanted to report on progress that I made on working with MS support on this. Issue was reported to their Level-1 support and then escalated to Global Escalation team. They have taken over my account to replicate the issue on their side, however for them
the issue was not appearing. Now we will be checking possible hardware-related causes. I will keep you posted.

 

Same issue here. cdn error on xboxfitness launch then home screen.

 

desde la ultima actualizacion de xbox fitness NO FUNCIONA, mismo error CDN, ya hize lo sugerido por Mister Quimby y no inicia, me aparece la advertencia medica y cuando esta cargando mis datos desde su servidor se sale y coloca el error.

Por favor arreglen este problema ya que utilizo mucho esta aplicacion.

Hey everyone,

If any of you are experiencing this CDN error with the Xbox Fitness home screen in the background, just simply let the CDN error sit (do not click anything) while the game continues to load the necessary files and it should resolve.

If any of you are seeing the CDN error when launching Xbox Fitness, but Xbox Fitness never loadsand the home screen is not visible, we want to reassure you that the proper teams are continuing to still investigate this issue. We will be sure to post
up in here once I receive any more information and updates for you guys.

The fact that a quick google search tells me this error has been going on for years sort of suggests that you don't have the 'proper teams' working on it and that you are not even interested in correcting it.

And why mark this thread as being answered when clearly, given your own response miss Diggz, it is not........

What's posted here to resolve the problem is a Placebo. I have not seen anyone who confirms that the issue is resolved. Why are you posting constantly the same Nonsens, whereas On the error page this error is mentioned as not resolved and that you are working
on it. Do it and fix the problem urgently!

 

Hi, I finally made it working, not sure if MS fixed something in game itself, or just manual system upgrade did the trick, but since yesterday evening I have Xbox fitness working. Xbox Support suggested going through this procedure:

support-origin.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

when I did and checked again, Xbox Fitness loaded correctly.

 

The last option will not work for those who choose to be on Mac but made the same mistake as me and bought a windows machine like xbox. I have owned it for couple of days and already regret it as the only app I wanted to use which is Xbox fitness does not
work. The answer from the support team was to re-setup my profile "as there is something wrong with it…".

 

The verified answer worked for me. After reinstalling the app however, the CDN error message appeared for about 10 seconds, but disappeared on its own and the Xbox Fitness app loaded successfully.

I was able to do a quick workout without any further issues.
