CDN Error, Resource not available. Xbox Fitness - Xbox One

So I have been using Xbox One Fitness without any problem until this morning.

I start the app, it goes through the initial green screen and then to the health warning screen where it says: "CDN Error, Resource not available"

I have not done anything new, no new friends, no new apps.

I have recalibrated the Kinect. I have turned off and unplugged the xbox.

I have verified the kinect is working in the kinect settings menu.

I have reset my router and cable modem.

I have no other activity on my network and my Xbox One is on a wired network, in a DMZ.

CDN Error - Resource not found

I just installed Xbox Fitness and I cannot start it, I'm also getting this "CDN Error - Resource not found" message.

Same error here, "Resource not found. CDN error." when trying to launch Xbox Fitness. It had worked fine for me for about 3 weeks (sometimes it was really slow to load). It last worked on Saturday May 16, 2015, then yesterday morning, Monday May 19, 2015,
I started getting the CDN error and it has been the same since.

Can some one from support at least respond with what CDN stands for?

I'm not sure if I'll embark on the delete, reset, and reinstall route. It seems more likely to not work than work.

Please help us, Xbox support team!

 

have the same problem, wish I had bought a PS4 and a gym membership instead of this *** of a console.

 

Do you happen to have more than one profile on your xbox because I had xbox fitness working too so I thought back to when it did work and I remembered I only had one account on my console so I removed the second account and my xbox fitness, after uninstalling
and reinstalling, started working again. Try deleting any extra account and see if that works. Hope you found this useful

 

I did as Nathincx said as removed all the other profiles on my xbox (excluding my own).

then did the whole Hard reset ( ie holding power button until shut down, then unplug power cable and press power button again)

turn it on, NOPE. still getting CDN error.

Then tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same error

 

has anybody got an answer for this problem yet?

 

Same problem, tried everything as suggested. Still get CDN error. Sucks.

Good to hear I am not the only one. For me problems started a few days back. I spent an hour on chat with MS Support and nothing.

I tried:

- Unfriending everybody

- Removing profile from the console and bringing it back

- Reinstalling game

- Deleting locally saved Fitness data

- Opening NAT via port forwarding

- Hard resetting several times

- Recalibrating kinnect

Any more suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the CDN error! I went ahead and moved your post to the proper forum for better visibility. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• Uninstall Xbox Fitness.
  
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn the console back on.
• Install Xbox Fitness again and launch it.

I have CDN error when starting XBOX fitness for few days now, I have done everything in order as was described by Mister Quimby, still no luck...

 

I got the can error on Thursday , phoned Xbox support today who said they've never heard of this asked me to do all the steps that are on this forum , waste of time , can I have my £45 back that I payed for insanity as they don't have a clue what's wrong
?

 

Can Mr. Quimby escalate this, since there is massive amount of threads about this issue, some originating in 2013. Since MS Support is unaware, it means that nobody is working on this issue. And the money spent on Fitness programs is wasted.

 

Same error since 01/05/2015 (10 days)

I have done everything write here and in the chat with the customers support, but nothing better, I just wait... Perhaps the Juni Update...
