CDN error on Xbox Fitness needs to be fixed

This error is crazy, I do not understand how I can use Xbox fitness fine, yet my wife's profile gets the CDN error on the same console?!? She even created a new profile which worked for one workout, but then the error came back up the second time and is
still there. Is there anything that can be done?

This is a FREAKING JOKE!

I've been using it quite a bit and this week it suddenly comes up with the damn "CDN Error - Resource not found".

I tried with XB1 online support from MS, the support rep asked me WHAT IS XBOX FITNESS? Is it a game and did you install it from a DVD?

What the heck Microsoft? At least have your support staff TRAINED in SUPPORT of your applications!

I have a fibre broadband connection, it is not a network issue on my end! I have uninstalled/re-installed and EVEN FACTORY RESET my damn console in the hope that would rectify it. Wishful thinking!

A quick google of CDN error brings up numerous mentions of Azure. Weird thing is, if you can quickly press "B". The damn workout will LOAD!! Then get blocked by the error!

Help with this as it's stopping me getting off my *** to do more exercise!

CDN error on Xbox Fitness NEEDS to be fixed

I find with xbox fitness it keeps buffering all the time even though my internet speed is fine. Never use to do it but makes it unplayable for me now. Such a shame coz I was enjoying it up until a week ago.

Have read other people get this issue too. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy

Have you figure out what is causing it? I got it for the first time tonight...my treadmill is broke, now my Xbox One Fitness...if I go to use my Xbox 360 now and it breaks...I'm giving up!

This error is happening for me too for the first time. I had to hard reset my Xbox just for Fitness to load normally but now it gives me the CDN Error. This is really frustrating.

I started getting the CDN Error yesterday as well. I still get it to load. It was working fine.

Dont know if anyone has received help on this, however, my friend and I were able to trouble shoot this in 10 minutes, where it took over a month for "support" to figure it out... and only after we told them what the issue was were the able to replicate
it. Werent able to fix it long term though.

SOOO.... here's the fix:

The issue is with one of your friends profiles. You need to delete your friends, 1 at a time to figure out which one is the problem.

I would start with the last friend you added when the profile still worked.

For example, his worked fine... he added me as a friend, it broke. He created a dummy profile, worked fine, added me as a friend, it broke. He removed me from both, and they both worked.

Its a pain in the ***... but its the only fix I am aware of at the moment.
