CDN Error on Xbox fitness app

Every time I get on Xbox fitness it just says "CDN error resource not found" and I have to exit the app. Have tried multiple things with Xbox support that didn't help. Please if anyone has had this problem and figured it out let me know...I miss my workouts
so bad!

I'm having same problem with my xbox fitness app. Just keeps saying CDN error. I Hope it works itself out like yours, bc I'm missing my workouts

CrudeDude12, did the CDN error pop up on the new account? I have luckily not had that happen on my new account. I also have to use the separate account to workout. I did have the Kinect recognize me while I was in the fitness app and switch over to my "normal"
account...I was able to workout 1 time under my real account and then when I was done, CDN error popped up...I'm beyond frustrated with this situation. On Thursday, this issue will have been around for 2 weeks. KwANGAHO, nothing works for me. I cannot get
past the home screen of the fitness app. As soon as I open fitness and it launches, the CDN error is present...

 

I get this error only on one of the series (as in, all the exercises by one of the trainers). I have rebooted, uninstalled, and have even tried it on my replacement xbox, and it still does not work.

 

Dont know if anyone has received help on this, however, my friend and I were able to trouble shoot this in 10 minutes, where it took over a month for "support" to figure it out... and only after we told them what the issue was were the able to replicate
it. Werent able to fix it long term though.

SOOO.... here's the fix:

The issue is with one of your friends profiles. You need to delete your friends, 1 at a time to figure out which one is the problem.

I would start with the last friend you added when the profile still worked.

For example, his worked fine... he added me as a friend, it broke. He created a dummy profile, worked fine, added me as a friend, it broke. He removed me from both, and they both worked.

Its a pain in the ***... but its the only fix I am aware of at the moment.

MS SUPPORT SUCK!

Freaking worked fine for a month then nothing but CDN errors the minute the app starts.

I'm still dealing with their so called support but they are useless and won't even give me details as to WHY it's happening.

 

Sad how quick all of you are to sit and gripe about support. Instead of complaining, maybe try something constructive.

 

Hi everyone

I really feel for everyone that has gaming problems, especially over a longer period of time, but blaming Support members I think is trying to find a solution in the wrong direction.

Not only talking for myself, but have also been told by others that almost every single Support member here is doing this on his/her own free time, no payment, obligation, just the pleasure and satisfaction of helping people that have a certain problem.
We can´t fix or repair anything, just giving advise, solutions of what could be done to hopefully solve the problem.

When it comes to problems with a certain game, try find the Forum of the Game Company, they usually have MANY solutions, and if it is not there, open a new Thread yourself, I am amlost certain someone will answer that might help you get the problem solved.

Don´t want to make this too long, but I will see if I can find ANY information about the situation. With some luck I will post it within the next hour. Reading that you have been using Support already, I doubt it if deleting and reinstalling the game would
help.
