cdkeys code not working

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Do those codes on CDKeys work on NTSC consoles/accounts?

No you're fine to just use the codes. Be careful buying codes from unauthorized retailers like cdkeys though. They don't always work

I have a “used” code that was only purchased Tuesday so not used at all.

Need to tan to an actual human being who can verify to me if the code was used before I purchased form a verified seller.

If the code was used then why do Microsoft allow cdkeys to sell used codes, let alone any codes at all of this I’d what they do?

Far as I know, CDKeys aren't an approved partner of MS (no surprise given they's be competing with the MS Store) so fairly sure they aren't "letting" CDKeys do that...how would MS even know a code was being sold? Until someone tries to redeem it, they have no way of knowing. I assume the "verified seller" part means it was bought from a 3rd party through CDKeys? If the key is showing as used, and thus unredeemable, then you would need to take it up with CDKeys as it is their responsibility as a retailer to ensure codes work. This is always the risk with buying keys from 3rd party sites, even reputable ones like CDK
