CDkeys code for Xbox Gold 12 Months not showing on Xbox

Buy a 12 month pre-paid subscription card from a game store, a lot cheaper than the online price direct with Microsoft or from CDKeys like I do.

Hi. Awaiting a call from Microsoft as CDKeys state that keycode has been redeemed but this is not showing in my account. Vitual Agent cannot help and suggested the community could. ??? Have other had this problem.

The community here wouldnt have anyway to help with this type of situation unfortunately since we are all just fellow gamers such as yourself.

That being said cdkeys isnt an authorized retailer and ive seen many times where sellers on that site have just resold keys that have already been used/sold before so it can be risky buying codes from sites like that.

where are you getting your prices

gold is 49.99 but no longer sold as 12 month on xbox but can be found cheaper online sometimes 35 a year or even less.

gamepass is 7.99 per month

gamepass ultimate is 10.99 per month, this has gold, gamepass, xcloud and gamepass pc bundled together

why would you choose to pay for three monthly when you can still get 12 month codes online.

nobody gets rewarded for loyalty, no such thing.

unfortunately we can't really help you here in the forum. the best thing to do is to contact cdkeys. as far as i know, you have a total of 36 months xbox gold. so next time you could redeem the code directly. by the way, with the xbox gamespass you can't
do that, only 12 months go.

Cdkeys are pretty cheap, for example they do 13 months xbox live for under £27 (www.cdkeys.com/.../xbox-live-gold-12-month-membership-card-with-1-bonus-month-halo-4-branded-xbox-360)

in terms of games i know recent games like unity are under £20 whilst older titles like Black Flag are under £7
