    Hello,

    When i want to claim a game from my xBox One S 1TB pack Assassins' Creed Origins + Rainbow 6 Siege (this one), it says: CD key already used. What can i do ? (I've type it correctly, tried many times)

    Hello, so I bought the game Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition today and after installing it, I tried to register the CD key from game to my Windows Live account. However, it showed me error that the CD key is already used by someone else. This is false,
    the game is totally new, the CD key couldn't have been already used. What should I do now? I already tried to contact the shop I bought the game from but they just redirected me here. Please help me somehow.
