CD games don't work with my Xbox one

My xbox one don't take the games cd or any movie the system work normal but when I try to play my game the system don't take the cd ? Please help me

Hi, thank you a lot for your reply, I try troubleshooting option but still don't work. I follow the step but a the 5, I just have one option to go on the forum I don't see "request a call from the forum". Maybe because I use internet explorer from Xbox...
