cd drive problem xbox one

    cd drive problem xbox one


    my 2 yr old put half of a credit card in my xbox one cd drive and i can't get it out. any ideas?

    When the power light is flashing it means your cd drive is not detected I called ms earlir about my brother xbox which did not have a cd drive in it and to update you neeeeeeed you cd drive because it is one of the thing the xbox is updating

    ok so 4 days ago when i tried to play black ops online an new xbox live update came up to my screen so i accepted it, every thing was fine until this status code 397F - 3CD6 - 1600 - 0703 - C000 - 0099 came up now i cant access my xbox live account> ple

    yyes, i change my cd drive to another one because the other one had the pone tray problem. thanks guys you really helpd me. so now that means i have to get a new xbox ;T

    Errmmm...I would suggest calling support and see if they have anything they can do on their end. I doubt the manually ejecting a disc process would work on this. Good luck OP
