cd de halo 4

hola soy hector, hace un año adquiri HALO 4 y uno d elos cd no los puede reconocer la consola 360. aparece error en el disco. que puedo hacer?

no lee mi halo anniversary

mi cd no lo lee el de halo anniversary me dise abrir la bandeja el cd lo prove en una consola nueva slim y funciona el poblema es despues de la actualizacion

Que tal, mi problema es el siguiente: tengo una consola Xbox 360 edición limitada de halo 4, desde que la adquirí nunca había tenido problemas hasta el día de hoy. Sucede que no lee mi CD del juego de Halo 4, algunas veces comienza a leerlo y posteriormente
me pide que limpie el disco o reinicie la consola y en otras ocasiones indica "Leyendo" pero en vez de reproducir el juego me indica "Disco desconocido". Quisiera saber que ocurre, si el problema es el disco o bien, la consola, de igual forma si existe alguna
solución, ya que dicha situación sólo se presenta con ese juego (Halo 4).
