cauldron error help me

I just tried deleting my save data (I made a backup in the cloud just to be safe), and tried signing in, but when I tried to do that I got error code "cauldron"

The error code Cauldron means that there was a connection issue to the servers for authenticating your user account on Minecraft.

Looking at the @MojangStatus profile on X, there isn't any outages reported with Minecraft. This means that we would need to look at troubleshooting this problem on your device.

"CAULDRON: Minecraft: Bedrock Edition could not reach the authentication servers, or the connection has timed out. This may be caused by a temporary service outage or issues with your game or internet connection"

I'm using Windows 11.
No, I don't have any errors on any other games.

This is the first time I'm playing on this account. The account gamertag is PepticMarker258 but I changed it to dianadoli3278 today.

There is no troubleshooting steps about the error code "cauldron". Microsoft website says it's a server issue. But I've been having this problem for two weeks now with this account.

This is in Turkish so I'll translate.

Network Status

Connection: Connected

Xbox Live Services: Working

Xbox Multiplayer:

NAT: Open

Server connection: Connected

So everything seems to be OK. Why do I keep having this problem?
