Catherine GOD version wont launch on Xbox One

I had posted a thread in Catherine forum but no one responded

basically I bought the GOD version over from Xbox One console and I got mail notices of billing from Microsoft immediately and also bank notice for the CC charge. and I had downloaded the game with no issue (for troubleshooting I had downloaed twice and
still the problem exists).

below is the error message I believe in English (I had purchased in HK store while my account is HK region, so no region issue to expect right?)

Do you own this game or app? f you have the game disc, pls put in, if you bought the game on line, pls ensure you had logged on Xbox Live. if you have no previlige of using i ,you need to purchase i in Xbox market (0x803f8001)

options are "close" "note" "report a problem".

so anyone from the Back compat dev team pls verify for me?

Backwards compatible?

I have the game injustice gods among us Ultimate Edition and it wont play on the Xbox one. Is this version backwards compatible?

I see that you mention that you made your purchase via the Hong Kong Xbox store. Are you physically located in Hong Kong or are you located in a region where the game is possibly not available? If your Xbox Live account region does not match your physical
location you'll want to
migrate your account region to reflect your current location in order to ensure the smoothest experience.

Hi Miss Bijoux. Guess my reply got messed up 5 days ago and no input is recorded.

Here it is again:

1, I am located in HK and also I am binded to HK region in my payment methid.

2. my rewards program is binded to HK region as well

3, Immediately after the purchase I got Microsoft billing email as formal notice

4, I got bank credit card charge notice as well immedetely.

5, My concole is set to HK region as well in HK local settings (Traditional Chinese).

Now with that cleared would you pls help escalate to backward compatibility team to verify /reproduce this issue? I check with my friends and they also had this issue when digitally purchase Catherine in HK Xbox store online.

pls fix it and Happy Xmas.

The best way to address any Backward Compatible issues is to fill out the Back Compat survey
HERE. This goes directly to the teams involved for review and while you may not see a response from them, that will give them all of the information they need to investigate.
