Having the same issue. Was playing Pyramid one night, and it just poofed, like I was kicked off the Xbox site. Since then Pyramid will not open, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Solitaire Suite, along with reboots in between the steps, and still
Pyramid will not open. I click on the Pyramid Tile, and it goes to the next page with the loading message, and that's as far as it gets.

all suggestions to fix whiteout screen are nothing but manure

Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
doesn't work.

This is not a case of poor strategy, it's very easy to see that it's impossible to uncover the combinations necessary to clear the board. Next time I get an example, I'll capture the screen.
