Discus and support Casual games on PC -Daily Challenges. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the same problem as many people here.     Casual games on PC -Daily Challenges.


    I have the same problem as many people here. I have 115,000 + points, but it keeps telling me I can't sign in. My Xbox gamer silhouette is there but that's it. I play Solitaire, Mahjong and the World events and all these sign in automatically. Month after
    month I achieve Perfect but it is never recorded. Frustrating. Please try and solve this.

    Do you mean Daily Challenges in our Microsoft Casual Games? I recommend taking this issue to the Microsoft Casual Games Community. There you should be able to get more
    information regarding the requirements and regulations towards your daily challenges.

    I'm afraid there won't be much follow up on suggestions about Microsoft casual games (Sudoku is one of those) here on the forum. I would suggest using the community website for casual games which should have a discussion for daily challenges:

    Thanks for the update as to which game. The time on daily challenges is set and continuous tracking. There is no way of stopping it. For example: If you are given a daily challenge at 7 am central, you have until 7 am central the next day to finish it. If
    you want more help we recommend to post on the Microsoft casual games community. They deal specifically
    with the casual games, and are very helpful.

    Windows 10 64 bit, Ultimate Word Games.

    As far as I remember the daily challenges are playble during the month they are in, which is also the only month available in the calendar. This is the same also for other MS casual games, just fired up the solitaire collection for a double check.
