The Casual Gamers Network (CGN) was established to support the Casual Gamers. The ones who can't or don't wish to join more "structured" or competitive gaming Communities.

For the gamers who want to come home from a long day of work, or school, and just blow off steam (but don't wanna do it alone).

We support team based or "cooperative" games, across every major gaming platform (PC, PS3, PS4, XBOX 360, and XB1). If our members want a game supported, we support it!

CGN can be described exactly as its called, a Networking website for Casual Gamers. Register, submit an application, and hit up the roster or the forums and party up with fellow, like minded gamers.

CGN doesn't have any mandatory events, you play when you are able, with whomever you want, across any platform, or game you wish. See an event posted on our Calender? Hit up the Event creator, shoot him a message and get invited to play.

Casual Gamers Network's only requirements are this:

Have a working microphone

Be able to "sign" the Roll Call forum each month

I agree with Mitch though. The competitive gamers just want a little loving too. We just want our options just like the casual crowd wants their options. :'(

 

Xbox One huge focus on kinect and entertainment

You make gaming, not the manufacturer. If you dont want the added features dont use them. Gamers made it perfectly clear what they want after Microsoft announced their initial policies. IMHO Kinect will change gaming for the better, with all the added features,
but its my opinion. You need to decide what is best for you and you alone
