    Olá amigos, comprei na epoca do lançamento o game castlevania lord of shadow vinha de brinde um codigo resgatável na conta para baixar o game Castlevania SOTN o isso em 2012/13, resgatei o game zerei e ponto, em 2016 novamente baixei o game e zerei, agora
    depois de quase 4 anos sem xbox, comprei novamente, e para minha surpresa o game não baixa mais, fica me cobrando para baixar os 39 reais, afinal o resgatável só tinha tempo de uso, ou ele esqueceu que eu sou dono do game ?

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with re-downloading a game that you previously redeemed on your account.

    Are you playing on an Xbox One, or Xbox 360?

    On the Xbox One, as long as you are under the account that purchased or redeemed this game, you should be able to see it in the

    Ready to install     section of your Games and apps.

    If you are on the Xbox 360, then you would be able to go though your
    Download history     under the correct account and download the game from there to prevent any further charges on your account.

    If you are not on the correct account, Kevin, you may want to try using the
    Lost Account Solution     wizard to see if this helps with finding the correct account.

    I hope this is of some use to you.
    hello, sorry I didn't know it had to be in English: P, Yes this game was redeemed in 2013 on that same account, game on xbo360, I only played using that account since 2011, in the download history it doesn't appear, :(
