    Castlevania LOS2 Not Available.


    Castlevania LOS2 is supposed to be a free game with Xbox Gold, but it will not download. You are told to update your billing details and made to jump through hoops until you reach a slow webpage, but this page will only accept details for the US.

    • My billing details are fine.
    • You don't need my billing details or address for a free download.
    • Don't advertise a game as free if it is unavailable!
    • If it is not available in a region, say so, or better still, do not advertise it.

    Seems likely the download page is set up wrong, but there seems to be no easily accessible way to tell MS that something needs fixing.

    I had a similar issue and then tried to download from a mobile device and it worked fine.

    You can try to download in web browser on your PC/Smartphone, or using xbox app, there's some problems when you can't download 360 games on your Xbox One
