Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 DLC

Hi. This game has two skins for the main character. One is called Dark Dracula the other is called Armored Dracula. I downloaded the Armored Dracula but it won't download. It starts at 0% then moves to 1% and then it goes back to 0% and then a message pops
up saying "Cannot Download Armored Dracula Costume". I've been charged for this purchase but it won't download. I was able to download the other skin with no problems. I was wondering why this was and what can be done to remedy the problem.

I am having the same problem with the Dark Vampire skin. I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere.

Long story short, I talked to an xbox agent and got a refund, but now the other DLC's won't work.

It's weird though, the Relic Rune Pack and Dark Dracula Costume were working fine before I cleared my system cache and cleared the game from my hard drive. I hope this issue is resolved soon. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to have some costume
variation when playing their first play-through on this game.

 

Going by your link it stats that the error will be resolved soon. Lets hope "soon" is within the week.

Its seems that they are having problems with these particular DLC's for some reason. I don't know why you can't access the Dark Dracula anymore but maybe its because they are in the process of fixing the DLC (all three).

On an unrelated note would you believe that after spending weeks playing this game and getting to 80% complete, the save file glitched and my game got deleted!!

 

I have the same problem spent 3 hours total troubleshooting with an agent tried a license transfer, port forwarding the whole nine yards. Hopefully they rescue the issue very soon!

 

I borrowed my boyfriend's copy of Castlevania: LoS II. I wanted to download the latest DLCs because I didn't pre-order and missed out on the costumes. I download Revelations perfectly and it was fast. I download the relic pack and alternate costumes - dark
and armored versions. I leave my console on for a sec to answer a phone call. I come back and my dashboard is clear of all the downloads. I thought it downloaded perfectly so I pop in the disk to see no option to change my appearance. I re-downloaded and now
it goes from as the original poster said 0%-1% and back and forth. I followed the troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft - clearing cache, purchases from the system items, and restarting my console multiple times.

The bug is still there unfortunately and it's the second week of July...it's been a month

 

UPDATE:

The costumes are now downloading flawlessly. However, the Relic pack is still hopping from 0%-1%.

Thanks for the heads up. I just downloaded the Armored Dracula with no problems. I guess they were working on adding all the new DLC (avatar items) that it somehow impeded with the existing DLC downloads. But it seems to be working now.

Although it seems odd that you cant download the Relic pack. I was able to download it with no problems.
