Castlevania 2 Lords of Shadow DLC won't download.

Okay I'm having a huge problem with my Castlevania 2 Lords of Shadow game. The dlc will not download. It sometimes gets to 1% and then goes back to 0. Then a message pops up saying that it can't download. Why is it that all of my other downloads have never
had this problem in the 3 years I've had my Xbox 360 but now all of a sudden for this game it just doesn't want to download? I've performed maintenance on my Xbox, cleared the system cache, and checked my connection. They are all good, it's just this game
alone that I'm having a problem with. Help?

I'm having the same problem with the same game i purchased the content a week ago and have been trouble shooting with agents all week and I still can't get it to download I hope they are able to fix it soon

 

Does the location of your gamertag match your physical location? For example, you live in the US and your gamertag is set for US.

 

I'm almost positive they match but just for the sake of argument how does one check that?

 

Ok, are you connected wireless or by ethernet cable? If wireless, try connecting via ethernet for the duration of the download. You could also try unplugging your modem/router to reset them in case there's a bottle-neck somewhere.

Also, can you run a test at www.speedtest.net to see what your up/down speeds are? Perhaps there's an issue with your internet.

 

I've tried both wired and wireless I've unplugged and reset my router and my internet speed is good I've been able to download dlc for other games it seems this problem has been with this game only.

 

when we say your actual location we mean continential usa not a US military base

foreign us bases use foreign connections which is why they fail

because its is a region mismatch

 

Yep USA and yea I've tried a USB also.
