    Castle Siege - "Program is requesting Runtime to terminate program in an unusual way"


    I play Castle Siege via Windows 10 Xbox application on a HP system. Last night my system did an upgrade for Apple ITunes. Now when I try to open Castle Siege it immediately closes the program and reverts back to the XBox desktop screen with message, "The
    Program is requesting Runtime to terminate the program in an unusal way." I am able to open all other XBox games I play on the PC, but getting a similar message with Logitech setpoint from C++. What might be some options to fix?

    Runtime Error

    After I installed the driver and connect the Xbox One Controller to my PC using the USB cable, I've got a Runtime Error message:

    Runtime Error

    Program:C......

    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

    Please contact the application's support team for more information.

    I already disable the device and re-installed the driver but the same thing happened.

    Any idea to fix it?

    Age of empires castle siege sign in problem

    As others have mentioned, the castle siege game continues to login errors when launching. The moderator on this forum has said to head over to the AoE forums to address this problem. So, where do we go to log an issue with runtime errors when trying to navigate
    to the AoE forums?

    This error may occur due to a program using Visual C++.

    You can uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

    You can also try to run the game on compatibility mode in case is due to a compatibility issue
