    Castle Crashers considered not bought


    Hello

    I have bought Castle Crashers a while ago (2009). I have won 2 achievements with it : https://account.xbox.com/fr-FR/Achievements/Xbox/1480657079 so I "must" have bought
    it (otherwise I would not have had any achievement).

    But xbox.com considers that I haven't bought it, and only allows me to buy it again. It doesn't appear on my Xbox One "ready to install" either.

    What should I do ?

    cant play my arcade game..

    i bought castle crashers a couple of years ago, and since then the account i bought them on got banned for something stupid i put in my bio....but now i cant even play my castle crashers...it shows up in my hard drive, but not in my game library...help please!!!!!

    Castle Crashers considered not bought

    Try redownloading it from your download history -
    support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

    If it doesn't show in your download history, and you're 100% sure you bought it on that account, you would need to contact support to see if there is anything they can do.
    support.xbox.com/contact-us You can access games others have bought on your console, so having achievements for a game does not necessarily mean you own the game on your account.
