    Bonjour tous,

    J'ai acheté avant-hier un casque stéréo xbox dans un magasin. J'ai voulu le tester et j'ai tout de suite entendu un grésillement au moment de le brancher en jack sur la manette de ma xbox one s.

    Ca peut arriver d'avoir un produit défectueux, donc, je retourne le lendemain dans le magasin pour demander un échange ou bien qu'ils le renvoient Microsoft pour réparation. Ils me disent que Microsoft a changé de politique de SAV, c'est désormais aux
    clients de le faire directement (aussi, ils n'avaient plus de casque stereo xbox pour un échange). Je repars alors avec mon casque sous le bras.

    En rentrant chez moi, je trouve le numéro du support Microsoft et je tombe sur une personne qui m'explique qu'ils ne font pas d'échange contre un neuf ou de réparation mais il me propose un échange contre un produit reconditionné dans un délai de 3 semaines
    ... ou bien aller dans le magasin où j'ai acheté le casque pour me faire rembourser des 50€ dépensé.

    Sur ceux, j'appelle le magasin pour leur présenter la situation. Evidemment, ils trouvent la réponse de Microsoft ridicule. Ils m'ont proposé de m'aider mais j'ai pas eu de nouvelles depuis 24h.

    Bref, je trouve le support de Microsoft très léger sur ce coup l .

    Est-ce que vous avez déj eu des problèmes de ce genre ?

    I bought the day before yesterday an xbox stereo headset in a store. I wanted to test it and I immediately heard a sizzle when plugging it into the controller of my xbox one s.

    It can happen to have a defective product, so I go back to the store the next day to ask for an exchange or they send it back to Microsoft for repair. They tell me that Microsoft has changed its SAV policy, it's now up to customers to do it directly
    (also, they no longer had a stereo xbox headset for an exchange). I'm 19 I'm 19th with my headset under my arm.


    On my way home, I find the number of Microsoft support and I come across a person who explains to me that they do not exchange for a new or repair but he offers me an exchange for a repackaged product within 3 weeks ... or go to the store where I bought
    the headset to get a refund of the 50 euros spent.


    Of those, I call the store to explain the situation. Obviously, they find Microsoft's answer ridiculous. They offered to help me but I haven't heard from me since 24 hours.

    In short, I find the support of Microsoft very light on this one.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with a headset. The answer to return back to the store is the best reply. As the purchase was only a day old. Most store policies are purchase can be returned within the first 5 days
    no questions asked. If you got the refund, you can then go to a store that has the stereo headset and purchase another pair. The support agent was giving you the fastest resolution that was available. As there is not really an issue due to already returned
    the headset. I will be locking this thread.
