Bonjour , j'ai branché mon casque en USB ma manette , mais je n'entends rien . J'ai fait des reglages mais impossible ! Je suis completement perdue , mon casque est un HyperX cloud II . J'ai déj contacter le support d'HyperX . J'attends leur réponses

Je sais qu'un collègue devait légèrement débrancher le câble du casque de sa manette pour faire fonctionner le micro.

Sur la prise jack il y a 3 cercle, et un correspond au micro. Peut-être qu' l'intérieur de ta manette il n'est pas détecté.

Je viens d'essayer sur une télévision directement brancher en HDMI , et j'ai pu constater que le problème etait toujours présent , des micro coupures avec le casque brancher a la manette.

Car sa peut arriver que certain casque ne sont pas compatibles avec la xbox , sinon oui essayer de mettre un adaptateur pour essayer votre casque cela peut venir de la .. Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas , je vous pris d'allez sur le support et de leur
expliquer le problème " support.xbox.com "
