    My rewards cash

    I have had 5000 points for a while and was wondering why they haven't gotten to me yet. It is past the 15th of this month too.

    Seriously? Pre-orders Don't count for cash back?

    That's ridiculous, and I wouldn't have pre-ordered if I knew that. Knowing now, I won't be making another.

    I'll wait until the game is released to purchase it.

    And the vip gems are stupid, so don't try saying that makes up for it.

    If billing removed your extra accounts and you're still not getting deposits, you would need to post in the Rewards forum again for assistance.

    If you still have multiple accounts, you would have to continue working with support to have them removed.

    Hi

    How can I find out if their solution has worked? On the rewards site I can see that if I had over 1,000 points, I can request this transfer to take place. But I cannot see how to request this to determine if this has been resolved.

    This is a very frustrating process and irritating that I cannot simply get support from one team to resolve and instead am bounced between teams, neither of whom seem to be able to tell me if what they are doing is helping...

    If you have over 5,000 credits pending you will no longer see the option to request a deposit because your credits are already scheduled for a deposit. The next deposit date is the 29th so that is when they will attempt to deposit your credits again. If
    your issue is fixed then you should get the deposit by the end of the day on that date. That's really the only way to know if it's been fixed.

    I know it is frustrating but the rewards program is not run by microsoft so they do not have access to your billing account in order to make changes. If Microsoft had kept the point system in place then it wouldn't be an issue.

    Thanks and I found this on another thread Forza rewards on forzamotorsport.net will give you in-game cash & cars so my problem is solved :)
