    I need a specific answer for my case I can not be that has no solution as a department should see one because that is because they are already tired of talking and explain everything I've put in previous post I am not satisfied with the negative responses
    of PA Ten of this forum because for a problem so simple has to see solution

    It is also very frustrated that when you do not have a specific answer stop answering I need to speak with someone official of this department this is nothing impossible really something that takes no more than 15 minutes to solve become weeks if I report
    that my Ta was hackiada in a game multilplayer because I was punished if I do not understand reasons and why my insistence does not seem just what they did with my account

    So many years playing legal mind buying games in the most fair way in the store for me to punish taking away all those year of games and legal achievements because of another person who unlocked all those achievements in my account and nothing or anyone
    can do anything between Departam Ents Castle saying he can't do anything when the responsibility is from the same company

    I hackiaron my account and unblocked all my accomplishments so it was unjustly suspended even though I report that problem and now I can't unlock new achievements I want to pick up a report with the department in loaded with this issue

    The primary place to look for information will be the Xbox enforcement page:

    You also have the option to check with the phone or chat support team through the contacts: (800) 469-9269 if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They can't assist you with enforcement actions yet they should be able to let you know if an enforcement act is in place and for how long.

  5. The problem is that I do not modify anything to my account the problem was in a multiplayer game and is unfair as they were taken and in the chat say that the managers are you and that the problem must be resolved in the forums Enforment

    And I do not live in the United States nor Canada I am Mexican and do not speak English use a translator to be able to engage in a conversation with you

    Then who is right you or the phone support group they say that you are the one who sends the second review cases

    As already stated in your other thread, the enforcement team does not use the forums. They used to which is why support sends people here, but they are incorrect. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

  7. Who are not sufficiently trained to deal with this type of problem and a person without any preparation exceeds them in such a way that they do not know what to do in this type of situations

    Well, the same thing I wonder if there is a mistake that do nothing to solve such situations where it sends people with misinformation here then what is the most viable solution in this problem and I have almost a month in talks with you and not had No advance
    either here or by the phone then whom I should turn to to solve this

  9. I do not think that you as an apartment can not communicate between you to give solution to all this work to give a prompt response to solve all these errors and misinform people should put a specific forum for this type of problems

    I think you're missing the point.

    The forums are not a department. It's users helping users here.

    Xbox Support is to help the function and troubleshooting of the account and device.

    Xbox Enforcement deals with the people who violate the Code of Conduct

    There's no reason why anyone of these separate groups should be able to communicate with each other.

    Don't violate the code of conduct and you'll never have a need to contact the Enforcement Team

    The enforcement team would be the only ones who could help, but since your case is no longer eligible for review, you can no longer contact them. There is nothing else you can do.
    It is very complicated, I do not understand, I do not understand how between departments can not communicate, it is really hard to believe that an enterprise of such magnitude has no other ways of communicating between said departments.

    there is no other way to send my case to second revision
    Try to use a different browser or computer to get to the enforcement page and file a case review. Good luck.
