I hackiaron my account and unblocked all my accomplishments so it was unjustly suspended even though I report that problem and now I can't unlock new achievements I want to pick up a report with the department in loaded with this issue

I think you're missing the point.

The forums are not a department. It's users helping users here.

Xbox Support is to help the function and troubleshooting of the account and device.

Xbox Enforcement deals with the people who violate the Code of Conduct

There's no reason why anyone of these separate groups should be able to communicate with each other.

Don't violate the code of conduct and you'll never have a need to contact the Enforcement Team

I do not think that you as an apartment can not communicate between you to give solution to all this work to give a prompt response to solve all these errors and misinform people should put a specific forum for this type of problems

 

I want to put a report to recover my game points

since they were unfairly removed and I can not unlock new achievements

and I want to contact the department responsible for the achievements

 

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

I'm not sure there is an exact department to help with missing gamescore.

 

I can not use the page that they are giving me it marks an error and does not load

 

Try to use a different browser or computer to get to the enforcement page and file a case review. Good luck.

 

I am already on the page now that I do where is the incidental

 

Click where you see the hammer to see your enforcement actions. If your gamerscore reset is eligible for a case review, it would be listed there.

 

That's the page. You'll see on the right side of the action whether it's eligible or not. The first thing on your list is not eligible.
