    Someone help me

    I recently was temporarily suspended on xbox live

    this is my case:

    This account has been involved in a fraudulent activity, such as: illegitimate acquisition of codes or content licenses

    I searched for a lot of information about my case, and it was because I bought a $ 50 gifcard on a facebook page

    The question is, I still have credit for that gifcard

    Can I use it after the suspension? Or how do I remove that balance so they do not suspend me?

    After 9 years gold and all 3 consoles i was banned

    I cant submit a case on the enforcement i have, i checked everywhere and there isnt a single Button to press review my case, ZERO, nothing what a joke and theres more.

    i was banned 25/06/2017 18:22 until 26/06/2017 22:30 and Guess what its now 27/06/2017 13:09 im still banned and now the enforcement page doesnt let me review my case and doesnt say when the ban Will end, what can i do????

    There isn't a way to transfer account balances once a code is redeemed to an account. It depends on the type of enforcement action on weather or not you'll be able to use the currency. You'll want to check your enforcement communications from any suspension
    or case reviews, for more information.

  6. If the currency is still on your account, you should be able to use it without any issues. There just wouldn't be a way to transfer it to a different one.

    If the currency is still on your account, you should be able to use it without any issues. There just wouldn't be a way to transfer it to a different one.
