    case/SR# [Mod Removed]MEMBER SINCE date is incorrect


    Recently I had made a purchase with BING reward point for a 12 month Xbox live subscription. The Bing reward did not work initially , so I contacted support after all was said and done instructed by support to wait until the actually date of expiration. JUNE
    13 2016. The day came and entered the code all seemed fine but then I noticed that my member since is now reflecting June 16 2016. In which is incorrect. I contacted the Xbox support tech after a follow up and was instructed to post my concern here. So here
    I requesting that my MEMBER SINCE gets corrected to reflect the proper date. If I wasn't such a Xbox fan it wouldn't matter and I wouldn't go thru this process.

    Hey PRNAVY2002,

    Unfortunately this is an issue we're unable to directly assist with on the forums, sincere apologies for any misinformation provided regarding the Xbox Support forums. The most common scenario this occurs in is when an Xbox Live Gold subscription lapses
    (even if it's very brief). To resolve, you will need to wait a full billing cycle for the changes to accurately reflect. I recommend checking your tenure date in 30 days (which will be about a full billing cycle) and post back here if the issue is still occurring.

    Thank you for your response, no worries mate I guess I hurry up and wait ...LOL. I guess I have no choice for the time being... but I will be back to follow up. Today is July 19,2016. It's been over a month now I have not check yet but when I am done here
    will be checking it.... then I will be instructed to wait another 30 days then 60 days then 90 etc., hopefully this will not be the case. I have high Expectations from Microsoft company.

    Ok this is what I find annoying ... I do as instructed and I get the run around... No you need to do is this .... ETC ..... then Contact this person cause It can not be resolved here..... well in the mean time I get emails telling me different.... as like

    I'm going to contact him as well and I will inform him what is being here since he keeps referring me here to resolve my concern.
